These 1650s are the best graphics cards you can get for an SFF PC as they don't require additional power connections and are low enough wattage (75 ish) to run fine with the tiny ~200 watt units in these desktop PCs. Swap out the HDD for an SSD and up the RAM to 8gb or 16gb plus a new graphics card like this one and you've got a perfectly good gaming PC for the vast majority of stuff.
